At Marriage Relationship Restart, we are committed to providing valuable support and transformative experiences for our clients. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all services:

1. Coaching Sessions:

Refunds are available for coaching sessions that have not yet been conducted. A processing fee of $150 will apply, along with any applicable credit card processing fees. For coaching packages terminated mid-way, refunds will be calculated at the non-discounted session rate for all completed sessions.

2. Mediation Services:

All mediation fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided.

3. Events:

Stop, Drop, and Roll, Baby Turnaround Weekend for Wives and Stop, Drop, and Roll, Baby Bootcamp for Couples: If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund (minus $25 for processing and credit card fees) for cancellations made 14 days before the event. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Digital Goods and Online Courses:

Due to the nature of digital data, we are unable to offer refunds for digital goods and/or online courses.
